Privacy and terms
What Zainium OS and this website collect, which is almost nothing, and the terms under which they are provided.
Zainium OS
Zainium OS runs on your own computer and does not collect personal data. It has no telemetry, no crash reports sent to us, no account and no sign-in. We cannot see who uses it or what they do with it. Your files stay on your disk.
Like any operating system, it does reach the network for a few things of its own:

These servers see your IP address, as any server you connect to does. zex keeps its install history and timing logs in local files that only you can read, copy or delete. They are never sent anywhere.
This website and the package archive
The website has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and it has no accounts or forms. It remembers your light or dark theme in your own browser.
The website and the archive are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the service, under its own privacy policy. We do not use that data to identify anyone.
If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and use them only to answer you. To have them deleted, ask at the address below.
Your rights
We hold no personal data about users of Zainium OS, so under laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation there is normally nothing to access, correct or delete. If you think we do hold something about you, write to us and we will answer.
Terms
Zainium OS is free software. You may use, study, change and share it under the licenses of each component, listed in each source repository. It comes with no warranty, to the extent the law allows. Third-party software in the system keeps its own license.
